Ishidaya

I stayed at this inn for the first time after learning that I could eat handmade soba noodles from Shinshu. The tatami Japanese-style room on the second floor is clean and comfortable. The toilets and sinks are shared, and each room is equipped with an individual air conditioner and heater. Although our accommodation plan included breakfast, we made reservations for dinner in advance. I chose shrimp tempura. A large serving of soba. The soba noodles are chewy and go down smoothly. The soup stock and soba go very well together. The soba is so delicious that I almost forget to eat the tempura. It was a shame that there was no open-air bath, but the indoor bath, which is a simple alkaline hot spring, made my skin smooth and smooth. The fatigue of traveling will be blown away. I was satisfied with the cost-effective inn.
