I arrived at Kansai Airport the day before and was flying back to Tokyo at Itami the next day, so I stayed at this reasonably priced hotel close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus to the airport until 10am. You can see the airport across the street from where the hotel is located, but it seemed a little difficult to get there on foot with luggage, so the shuttle bus was a great help.
