Hauptgrund für ein Stern:
Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es angeblich einen Spa-Bereich besitzt. Telefonisch wurde mir dies bestätigt und ich habe mich darum für das Ilanz teurere Hotel entschieden. Nach der Ankunft teilte man mir mit, dass nun der SPA Bereich aufgrund Wasserschaden nicht genutzt werden kann. Das kann man verstehen. Was ich nicht verstehe ist, dass mir das Personal mehrmals bestätigte, am Tag 3 und 4 meines Aufenthalts das SPA nutzen zu können. So wartete ich ab und konnte dann wieder nicht das SPA nutzen, weil sie offenbar keine Mühe machten, es zeitnah zu reparieren.
Ich hackte nach und sagte, dass ich nur wegen dem das Hotel gebucht hatte. Forsch wies man mich ab und sagte: "Unfälle gibt es halt, wir können nichts für sie tun".
Na gut, wenn ihr nichts für mich tun könnt, brauche ich euch auch kein weiteres Geld zu geben. Ich hätte erwartet, dass man mir in irgendeiner Form entgegenkommt, auch wenn dies nur ein Vorschlag für ein anderes Spa wäre.
Zudem musste ich Kurtaxen zahlen, obwohl ich geschäftlich anreiste.
Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt drei Sterne wert, aber bei drei Sternen wird es ihren Chef nicht so dringlich lesen wie jetzt ;)

1. We paid for a total of 3 breakfasts already with the 3 day room booking . We only consumed a total of 2 breakfasts at their establishment between the 2 of us. So in fact we consumed 1 breakfast less than we already paid for and yet we were charged for 5 breakfasts. 2. We paid 426 USD already to their establishment, which is approximately 390 CHF. So accounting for parking and tourist fee(26 CHF) I should have only paid 360CHF, while in fact I’ve already paid 390CHF. But we were still charged an extra 56 CHF 3. On top of this, their website clearly says if you’re arriving after 10pm, call us to get the key. Nowhere on your website does it say that we have to call ahead and make sure you know we are coming. So we were left stranded in the middle of the night because our flight arrived late in the night and had to pay for the night we did not get because this hotel does not make the keys available for checkin late even though they can.

Room amenities not offered as advertised: no tea/kettle, no freezer/fridge, no bathrobe, no pillow menu, no safe, no free parking. There is no a/c but windows can be opened and a balcony is available to step out for fresh air. Breakfast is okay, but never changes. Service is very friendly but taking its time. The reception is not occupied at all times and sometimes it’s hard to get hold of someone when needed. Rooms are without a/c, restaurant is closed on Mondays. Beds are very comfy and the view is stunning. Hotel rooms are between level 6 and 9 accessible via lift or stairs. Very central location, next to train station and bus stops. Supermarket across and centre walking distance. Pizza is highly recommended and restaurant is nice. Overall a pleasant stay.

Courteous and accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Solid dinners. Awesome pizza oven. Ample parking. Spacious rooms. Great proximity to local ski resorts. Special thanks to the great folks at Eden who made our stay enjoyable. We look forward to coming back next year!

I've been to the hotel for one night with my family on our trip to Switzerlan. The desk service is very welcoming. We arrived very late and the jew was ready, only went upstairs. One has free parking in front of the hotel or paid under the hotel, but then to get from the elevator to the desk is a bit strange path. If you can, ask for the upper level room - it's all about the view in the morning - just amazing! The room is wide, the shower is great, comfortable bed. You can find refrigerate, Kettle and coffee. The selection at breakfast is not wide, but satisfying.

Beautiful rooms that are nicely furnished. Modern with classic Swiss elements. Bathroom is great! Views are stunning. Bed is super comfortable. We had a room with a huge wrap around balcony; I sat out the with my morning coffee. You must not miss the spa on the 10th floor! Whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and shower along with lounge chairs inside and outside. The views from the whirlpool are truly breathtaking.

Sehr solides und gepflegtes Hotel. Die Substanz ist bereits etwas älter, aber davon merkt man kaum etwas. Die Ausstattung und das Platzangebot im Zimmer waren sehr gut. Personal und Frühstück waren ebenfalls prima. Alles eher funktional aber für eine Nacht mehr als ausreichend.

Das Hotel macht online ein schönen Eindruck aber der Mann an der Rezeption ist unfassbar unhöflich. Bei unkomplizierten telefonischen Fragen bezüglich des Preises und was inklusive und was exklusive ist reagiert er mit einem so unhöflichen Ton und einer Art und Weise bei der man keine Lust mehr hat diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Ich hoffe sie finden besseres Personal an der Rezeption, denn so kann ich mir nicht vorstellen das viele Leute gerne oder auch wieder kommen wollen.
