It was simply PERFECT! Me and my two sisters did our first ever trip together, I had been to Porto Pacuíba in the early 2000s as a child with my parents a few times and had the most amazing memories of that place, and I also love the Viana beach across the street so I was eager to stay there again. It not only did not disappoint, but it was so magical I will be dreaming of it for years to come. The lovely friendly staff and their amazing service was FAULTLESS, the new improved climatized swimming pool is probably the best one I’ve ever been in, the food, the drinks, the breakfast spread, the surroundings with the most beautifully manicured Atlantic Forest and their fauna… Im a bit emotional writing this because it was a very special weekend, even the weather that had looked so bad on the forecast, magically turned perfect while we were there! I definitely recommend and I will most certainly be back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is situated in a quiet location from the main action of Ilha Bella. It is self-contained, meaning it has its own restaurant. Even has an infinity pool with a built-in bar. So all you have to do is swim up and request your drink of choice. They have a Japanese soaking tub and a gymnasium should you want to exercise. Massages are available as well. If you require more activity, it is only a 10 minute drive from downtown. The most important point is that management and all the staff are focused on being customer oriented. Their goal is that their guests have a wonderful stay while at the hotel.

SE EXISTE UM LUGAR NO BRASIL QUE POSSUI UMA EQUIPE MAIS EDUCADA E MAIS ATENCIOSA EU DESCONHECO. CAFE DA MANHA MARAVILHOSO, QUARTOS MUITO CONFORTAVEIS. LUGAR EXCELENTE. SURPREENDENTE. GOSTEI MUITO DA EXPERIENCIA E É UM LUGAR QUE INDICO.

We stayed in Porto Pacuiba for the second time and this time was for our wedding in Ilhabela. We cannot thank the staff enough for looking after us so well. We cannot distinguish any particular person because every single person was so friendly and professional. The service was second the none !! Nothing was too much and everything was done with a smile. The food at the restaurant is amazing – we almost ate here every night ! The breakfast is incredible – fantastic variety with the sweetest and freshest fruit, bread and cakes. If you get a chance, try the passion fruit cake ! We had to leave before breakfast started on the last day and they even prepared something for us to have in our room. Make sure to visit the sauna and plunge pool - so cool! Not forgetting also the swim-up bar which was incredible and hard for us to leave the pool in the day! The room was incredible and so clean and the views were simply stunning. We can’t thank you enough, team Porto Pacuiba. You deserve every success and to be number 1. We cannot wait to visit you again !

Beautiful location, excellent facilities and services for entire family. Restaurant quality is top class and clean. Pool area and bar well organized. Staff are helpful and friendly. Definitely somewhere I and the family would go back to.

Great location, structure and friendly staff. My third time I’m in this hotel. Will continue to come back. It’s a great hotel to relax or just to have fun. There’s several alternatives such as, heated pool, wet bar, ofurôs, spa and alternatives for kids. Beach is just across the street. Breakfast is great, and restaurant is extremely good but a little expensive.

O Hotel Porto Pacuíba é a escolha ideal para quem busca conforto e qualidade. As instalações são ótimas, oferecendo uma infraestrutura completa e um ambiente acolhedor. O restaurante Portofino, comandado pelo Chef Lucas, é um verdadeiro diferencial. O café da manhã é excelente, repleto de opções e preparadas com muito capricho. A equipe do hotel merece todos os elogios: simpática, atenciosa e sempre pronta a atender com um sorriso, garantindo uma experiência inesquecível para os hóspedes. Destaco, em especial, a Gerente Simone, os Caios da recepção, Eri, Tiago, Jorge, Moisés, Alex e Jeferson, que fazem toda a diferença com seu atendimento. Como sugestão, seria ótimo ver o retorno do pastel e do frisante ao cardápio, além de uma máquina de café em local mais acessível para os hóspedes.
