VELINN Pousada Recanto da Villa

I have been visiting the hotel for 15 years and this was the first time we had any problems! I was sad to see the hotel as it is. Here are some observations to help with improvements. Maintenance is very poor. The hot tub in the room doesn't work. They said that the buttons had to be adjusted and that it would take about two hours for it to start heating up, which didn't happen. They called maintenance, but not even the guy could do it. The shower didn't have much water and the hose on the side was falling off all over the place. There are no duvets, only heavy blankets with fur that weren't cleaned in bags. I asked for a duvet and they gave me a torn one, with the lining coming out. The balcony door doesn't lock. The glass window doesn't have a lock. There is no 24-hour reception, and there is no one in charge at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. The pool smells horrible. My daughter left with a strong body odor. The breakfast was bad. We can see that the cold cuts are older because of the smell, and the granola was old. What is offered on the website is not validated. The employees are unconcerned and uncaring. It's a shame to see the inn like this.

Fiquei muito contente com a hospedagem no Recanto da Villa. Fomos bem atendidos do início ao fim, localização muito boa, funcionários prestativos e simpáticos e o quarto é muito bom. Pena que fiquei pouco tempo em Ilhabela rsrs

Ubicación excelente para ñoa que van sin auto. A unos 100 metros se la plaza se la Vila, céntrico y desde donde para todos los buses a las playas del norte y del sur. Perso al muy amable. Lugar familiar, acogedor, íntimo. Desayuno variado. Orientación adecuada

Que lugar incrível, passamos dias muito agradáveis. O lugar é muito fofo, a localização e no lugar mais aconchegante da ilha. E o atendimento é o diferencial dessa acomodação.as meninas da recepção te acolhem como se já te conhecessem. Todos são muito solícitos e educados. Além de tudo isso ainda é pet friendly.

Ficamos 6 noites nesta pousada, simplesmente amamos. A localização é perfeita, da para ir andando no centro histórico que inclusive é perfeito, todos funcionários educados, atenciosos e prestativos. Com certeza voltaremos. A tapioca é apaixonante, o café da manhã muito bom. A piscina nos ajudou muito nos dias de chuva. Só agradecer o carinho com que fomos recebidos.
