Slow pool service
Drinks by the pool weren't cold, it was very hot the days I stayed. I complained a few times, but it didn't help
Every day there were several power outages and there was no light for many minutes

We had a great stay. Loved the Beautiful private beach and restaurant, which has a lot of vibe and great food. Also enjoyed the deck and pool area, there are lots of places to relax and have a drink. great staff and breakfast. The hotel is also well located.

The hotel was a surprise, I didn't expect such a good infrastructure! Everything was very organized! The pools are great and the deck over the sea is incredible and very well decorated! The hotel - restaurant - spa staff pays close attention to detail and are friendly. I hope to return soon!

We had great service, the girls at the reception were very attentive and the guys at the cafe were super helpful, the room and hotel facilities were impeccably clean, a wonderful breakfast with a beautiful view! The heated pool is a super spacious delight.

Hotel very well located with direct access to the private beach, deck on the sea, swimming pool with heated water and restaurant by the sea. Spacious and clean rooms, small bathroom with excellent shower and excellent bath products, very attentive and friendly service. Surprisingly good restaurant food. Top hotel The decor and style sounds a bit 'old-fashioned' for the 2020s, but it is a spacious, clean hotel, full of green areas, full of amenities. My only considerations, as a boring person that I am: - the pool is top notch, heated, but could be a little bigger - the natural pools have a strange appearance, but clean. I believe it was time to give it a makeover and apply a new floor - for breakfast, bake the filaozinho bread a little more: my wife got some that had a somewhat 'cold' crumb. Rating 9.5 in my opinion, but I give it full marks here. Very eclectic hotel, which is top notch, but doesn’t want to appear ‘elitist’.
