There are pools for children, a playground, a playroom and a games room only 250 metres from the beach.there is a very nice restaurant on the beach, the beach is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers.the hotel's paint has been renewed.Thank you for the warm atmosphere and hospitality

In Side and the surrounding area there are many choices of huge resorts with multiple facilities. We chose Barut B Suites simply because friends were staying there and the price was ok. There is a choice of bed and breakfast or all inclusive. Adding meals to the B&B deal works out expensive, but there are restaurants very close by and regular buses from near the hotel to central Side, which has a well developed tourist infrastructure and eating choices a plenty. The rooms are apartments or studio rooms, with basic cooking facilities, full fridge and crockery. Beds were comfortable and towels soft. Plenty of hot water and reasonable toiletries. Air conditioning and heating worked. Noise from outside was minimal. Everything throughout the resort was clean. Both indoor and outdoor pools were warm for our winter stay. Spa treatments were reasonably priced and there was no hard sell. Swimming in the sea was pleasant at the hotel's private beach. The beach was a flat walk of about 400 metres from the hotel on a well surfaced path. All inclusive included food and drink options at the beach. There were many rows of umbrellas and sun beds for guest use, so it felt quite crowded as it does all along this coast. In front of the beds is an area which allows walking along the beach or the kids to play sandcastles. Staff spoke several languages between them and using English to obtain services and advice was not a problem. When we stayed British guests were a small minority. "Entertainment" was the usual resort style and not to my liking, but there were places to avoid the noise. Folk seemed to be enjoying the various music and other acts. The food set this resort apart from others that we have visited. It was the same buffet style battle with fellow guests at various counters around the servery, but the quality of food was very good. Different evenings had different themed offerings. The Turkish night was particularly good and more authentic than expected in such a resort. There was plenty of seating both outside, in sun and shade, and inside. Children had their own serving counter at an appropriate height and with children centric food options, but several adults were also going for the chicken nuggets etc. There was children's programme of activities and children's pool. There were several pool areas, each surrounded by rows of sun loungers and tables served by attentive staff to take drinks orders. Just show the wrist band. For those driving in then the resort is easy to find off the main coast road, D400, and there is parking at the front door and on nearby streets. Some parking is under shades. Leave keys at the front desk. So parking space is maximised. It is a drive of several minutes to Side town and then a walk from the paid car park. It is about an hour transfer from the airport at Side, but this is a tourist coast so transfer times can vary greatly on the crowded road.

My son and I arrived quite late at night after a long day. Check in was quick and our luggage was taken to our room. The room had a separate lounge and a small kitchen area. We were on the first floor and had a large balcony over looking the pool area. On arrival it seemed very quiet, but became busier and had a great atmosphere as the week went on. The staff were lovely and our week was relaxing and just what we needed. The local beer was good, the food was amazing for a buffet type affair and the staff kept everything amazingly clean. We had a foam pool party, which my teen son enjoyed, but I would say there isn’t much for teens to do. It’s perfect for couples or families with younger children as the entertainment team put a lot into their kids clubs and activities. I would come back and I am hoping to return for a few days at the end of the summer. The staff were amazing and one in particular looked after us very well. I have attached a picture as I don’t want to get his name wrong! The area is spot on, with a gorgeous beach a few minutes away and a pretty river just around the corner. We saw a giant turtle just cruising along! A few little things to say. The pillows and beds were a little hard, I found the traders within the hotel to be a little pushy on the first day and the entertainment on our week wasn’t the best, but none of that would change my five star rating of this beautiful hotel. Surrounded by orange and lemon trees, I didn’t want to leave.

We have just come back from a week's stay. I don't normally write reviews but was so impressed with the Hotel and staff, who couldn't do enough for us. The Hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are really spacious, the grounds are kept immaculate and so pretty. The Staff are the most friendly and helpful that we have ever come across and are a credit to the Hotel. The food is amazing best all inclusive we have had. We will definitely be going back next year.
