Even though we live in Iloilo, this is our first time staying here, and we're really unhappy with our experience. The current heat index made us want to unwind, but the poor air conditioning of this Hotel prevented us from sleeping through the night. Late at night, my kids wanted to go home and kept complaining. The pool is also unclean, and towels are not provided in the room or pool area; you have to ask for them. What can we expect for 1800 per night?

It convenient you access easily to the biggest mall in Iloilo called sm city because it’s just in front of this hotel …well amenities are perfect and have small fridge and oven to heat up your left over food . I can highly recommend this hotel to some friends that would visit Iloilo.

Location is great. Service is good. Amenties is good. The front desk and bell service is good.
Housekeeping needs improvement. The mildew of the toilet bowl was never cleaned. Room exhaust is very much needed. There's a stinky smell of perhaps drainage.

My parents love the place and the transportation are not problem to them. The downside is its hard to contact the hotel but when you there the staff so nice. They help me for my surprise visit to my parents. My parents so happy the service. We will book again soon. Thank u

Hotel is located near the mall and accessible if you have business at the city center. Food was good. Would recommend to stay here.
