"This hotel is in a prime location next to a premier mall. You are able to walk to the mall under cover directly from the hotel. The rooms are kept pristine with a good view of the area and amenities. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with an excellent array of items while the service there was outstanding. I do recommend the checking time be changed to 2:00pm so there are less people like us waiting to get their room.
It is very easy to get to tourist spots from here on various transportation options, such as Grab, taxi, and air conditioned mini buses."

"We really had a great time staying here, I super love the place, smells super nice , it feels like home im gonna stay there again once we came back i highly recommend this place, super neat and clean to the point that sobrang sarap ng tulog mo the place is super quite. "Location is perfect since it’s in the city proper. Breakfast is a bit awkward since it’s in a conference room not in their restaurant, with a round table good for 10pax so you’ll be eating with others in the same table. Pillows are not comfortable but the room is huge and spacious."

AAnonymous UserIt was not a perfect stay but it was ok. Nothing fancy. What I like about staying in Injap Hotel is their comfortable bed. I prefer having 2beds because I have a toddler. The room can accommodate 3adults and 1 child and still be comfortable The hotel is located just across the SM Iloilo with lots of food options as well downstairs.

MMary Grace AragonOur recent stay at Seda Atria was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The hotel granted my request for a packed breakfast and it did not disappoint. Sir Jep-jep from the housekeeping department cleaned our room while we are out for an island tour. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend Seda Atria to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to our next visit!

OOn The Road AgainI had twin beds that are too small for a tall guy like me. Internet was mostly good. Pool was dirty when I went swimming but that evening it had been cleaned. Good shower. Floor was clean but was so scratched up that it felt dirty.

JJPGood Location, a minute walk from festive mall. Sobrang convenient especially during Dinagyang Festival. There's some spot sa sahig na hnd na sweep. Overall good deal na considering it was during Dinagyang.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect and i stayed 5 nights to see the Dinagyang Festival. You can see the parade dinagyang just from the hotel area. Many staffs working and cleanliness is maintained. The restaurant is good and price is just right affordable with plenty of choices.
The things that i don't liked is the uncomfortable mattress the room is small. but is budget hotel but clean and cheap. No elevator or lift the seniors like me is struggling and i stayed on fifth floor but staff will help for your luggage.
Many shops and restaurants and malls just in surrounding area. The staff's are very helpful and all are 😃 🙂.
I'll come back again in the future and i highly recommend 👌

LlinikitThrough Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a ”pocket wi-fi”. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
