Impossible that this is a 4 stars hotel. Room very old with no power point inside. In the bathroom is not possible have a shower and the room is without the air conditioner. Also a lots of noise from the highway that is very closed from the hotel. Not a bad hotel but still not possible that this is a 4 stars hotel.

OK for a short stop only. Staff is friendly. The biggest drawback was sound insulation - I could hear people talk in other rooms. Luckily, it many of them. Breakfast a bit average. I think friendly staff makes up for it. Navigation inside the hotel was a bit weird too. It feels like they connected several buildings and repurposed for the hotel.

Soggiorno da molti anni presso l'hotel Molino Rosso per ragioni logistiche e perché dotato di tutti i comfort introvabili altrove. Encomiabile il servizio dei proprietari e del personale sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Le stanze sono belle, spaziose e pulite. Iniziare giornata con la colazione servita con il buon giorno e il sorriso di Giuseppe e Gianna, ti mette di buon umore per non parlare poi della ristorazione con Augusto e tutto il personale della sala che sanno proporre agli ospiti sfiziosi piatti tipici romagnoli dai primi alla carme al pesce e, dulcis in fundo, deliziosi dolci freschissimi fatti in casa.

Vengo una quindicina di giorni all'anno, con una persona disabile per delle cure, abbiamo sempre trovato professionalità e gentilezza da farci sentire a casa. Ottima la cucina e il posto macchina appena fuori dalla camera. Un grazie alla direzione che sa soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Esperienza pessima! Fanno le feste in piscina e non lo comunicano ai clienti prima della prenotazione! Ci hanno tolto il sonno! Ci hanno consigliato i tappi alle orecchie e comunicato che alle 24:00 sarebbe terminato tutto!!! Pessima struttura e personale poco professionale ! Sconsigliatissimo

Eravamo di passaggio e, volendo fare una tappa, abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione strategica, proprio al casello autostradale di Imola. All’arrivo ci sono state illustrate le diverse tipologie di camera e abbiamo optato per una comfort, che, in teoria, avrebbe dovuto essere stata recentemente rinnovata. In realtà la stanza era molto spoglia e lo stile appariva alquanto datato. C’è da dire che era molto spaziosa e anche pulita, ma purtroppo la più grossa pecca è stata l’invasione di zanzare che ci hanno tormentato tutta la notte (almeno una quindicina) e che erano già in stanza al nostro ingresso. Buona invece la colazione, servita da personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Avrei dato anche un punto in più, ma il prezzo di 120 ero mi è sembrato eccessivo.

Cosa dire. Al primo impatto pensi a uno scherzo. Un tuffo negli anni ottanta. I pavimenti, gli arredi, i colori. Poi rinsavisci e razionalizzi: non è un museo, ma l'albergo dove dovrai pernottare. E tutto è rimasto come lo avevano fatto quaranta anni fa'. Ma con quaranta anni di utilizzo... Aspettatevi quindi sbeccature e scrostature su quasi tutto in camera. Ma c'è di peggio: lenzuola e materasso da ostello. Bar dell'hotel con annesso tabacchino imbarazzante. Colazione pessima. Si percepisce che non c'è nessuna voglia di dare un qualche minimo servizio che possa fare almeno dubitare di essere in un quattro stelle.
