I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service at Classic Grande Hotel. A special thank you to Mt Atangba and Mr. Surchand from the front office; their professionalism and dedication are invaluable assets to the hotel. However, I did notice the absence of Femina, Princy, and Ovia at Aroma Restaurant, which impacted the overall efficiency of the dining experience. I extend my gratitude to Chanu and the newly joined Pinky for their attentive service and care during our meals. Lastly, I want to commend Romen for his extraordinary hospitality and housekeeping efforts; he truly exemplifies the high standards of this establishment. Thank you for making my stay memorable!
