We came for dinner and a night stop over on our way through Italy. The surrounding in the hills south of Firenze is quiet, the site very well run and safe, the trattoria Dal Contadino serves excellent Tuscan food and the own wine which is good. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot

The view from our room's balcony opening to Tuscany's hills, fields and high green cypress trees was more than we could dream of, absolutely spectacular! The staff were very friendly and helpful and food was magnificient. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we are sure to visit again in the future!

Beautiful location, beautiful scenery, close to tourist attractions. Old rooms without soundproofing and very small. We had an apartment, it was very small and did not correspond to the description in the presentation. At breakfast we expected fresh products but it was very poor with supermarket products. The same every day. Overall, we were slightly disappointed and I think it is too expensive for what it offers.

amazing hotel, absolutely breathtaking views which is impressive because its quite close to florence, the rooms are spacious and very aesthetic, the vintage furniture in each room is beautiful and the pool is big and very clean, the whole property is surrounded by olive trees which gives off amazing toscany vibes and its perfect for taking a relaxing walk, also there are some very cosy places to sit down and play cards or something. Of course I cannot forget about the restaurant, the food is absolutely delicious and the prices are reasonable which is great, i especially recommend ordering the steak.

We stayed four nights at the beginning of June. The residence is beautiful and maintained with lots of effort every day. The area is quiet and relaxing, but a car is a must, as nothing (incl. trails) is in walking distance. The restaurant is simple, but with good value-for-money traditional local cuisine. The only downside is that your experience will be very dependent on the location of your room and on how busy the restaurant will be (e.g., due to weddings). Our first room shared a wall with the kitchen and it was impossible to sleep before midnight, while the breakfast preparations commenced again between 06:00 and 07:00. The residence is rather dense. While many rooms are far away from the residence center and thus quiet, others are close to the restaurant and thus loud/hectic. However, the personnel was very helpful and friendly. It was possible to move to anoher room after two nights. Overall a good experience, but a little more hectic than we had wished for.

The hotel is nestled in olive groves and vineyards, very remote (you should know that - about half an hour by car to Florence) and wonderfully quiet, at least outside of peak travel times. There are two beautiful pools, lots of opportunities to relax and a restaurant. The staff are very friendly. The bathroom is clean and functional (see picture). The room was very pretty, but unfortunately really tiny, there was no way to put the suitcases properly; you had to lug the suitcase onto the bed the night before and lay out your clothes, close the suitcase again and then it was in the way again. If you are staying for a longer period of time, there is a closet, but it is not really practical. It would not have been worth unpacking everything for just two nights. Another negative point was the WiFi, it was really very poor in the room.

Marvelous. It definitely exceeded expectations. Oasis immersed in the Tuscan hills, surrounded by olive trees. It is accessed from a wonderful avenue of cypresses. Clean spacious, clean rooms, still and sparkling water in the fridge… and with a wonderful view. Two swimming pools, one of which is smaller with a view of the hills. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, the food was excellent. Excellent location from Florence to visit the Chianti Classico. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 1 week. The staff is really great and friendly. Server, maintenance staff, receptionist... the place is perfectly maintained and clean. The setting is magnificent. Located 30 minutes from Florence. The room we had was clean but too small with a baby. We enjoyed our stay.
