I recently stayed at FLOW Hotel & Conference, expecting a 4-star experience. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find that I couldn’t even purchase a cup of coffee in the morning. When I asked, I was directed to a nearby gas station instead. For a hotel next to a major airport, this lack of basic service is unacceptable. It’s hard to believe that a place of this standard wouldn’t provide something as simple as coffee for its guests. I expected much more from a 4-star establishment.
