When I learned that I could receive a lodging ticket for the highly rated Shizukaedei as a return gift for my hometown tax, I immediately started paying my hometown tax. Make reservations to coincide with the fall foliage season. The height of the inn was right at the time of autumn leaves, and the trees in the garden of the inn were dyed red and yellow and were beautiful. As I had heard, each room has a large open-air bath that can accommodate 10-15 people, and I thoroughly enjoyed the bath while looking at the autumn leaves. The room was very spacious, and both dinner and breakfast were served in the room, so I didn't have to leave the room at all from check-in to check-out. Honestly speaking, since it's an inn like this, I think the meals could be a little more creative.

久しぶりに泊まりました。経営者変わったらガッカリな点が目立ちました。 ・2泊したのですが、2泊目の朝に「掃除はタオルや浴衣交換くらいでいいです。お昼くらいに出かけます」と伝えたら、その直後に浴衣とタオル持ってきた。普通出かけてる間にくるものでは？(コンセプトがなるべくスタッフが立ち入らないというものだったはずなのに) ・車寄せに車止めても誰も出てこない(昔はそんなことなく、すぐに出てきて荷物下ろすのを手伝ってくれた) ・朝ごはんの質が落ちた ・アメニティやドライヤーは高級志向になった ・仲居さんが咳しながらマスクから鼻出したまま料理運んでてドン引きした。 ・ベッドの部屋だったのだけれど、3人で泊まったので、1枚は布団。それもベッドのすぐそばに。確かにベットの枕側ではあるのだけれど、ベッドの下に布団って布団の人からしたらなんか誰かの下で寝てる感じでくつろげない。コンセプト的に「なるべく人が入らない。最初から布団敷いておく」なのはわかるけど、ベッド入れるなら、食事食べる隣の部屋に布団敷く方がまだマシなのでは。それか、3人の場合は全員布団。 ・お年寄り向けなのでしょうけど、食事の机の高さは昔のままに椅子だけ高くなった。足が太めのうちの家族(大柄男性)は机の下に太ももが全て入らないから、体が机からかなり離れた状況でご飯食べる羽目に。 ・昔はあった特大の浴衣がない。LLまで。大柄男性のため、もっと大きいサイズを頼んだから「昔の浴衣なら」と。経営者変わる前の昔はあったので、それを持ってきてくれた。 ・バスローブはあるけど、バスローブかけるところがない ・浴衣が昔は寝る用と普通用2枚だったのに1枚だけ。 アメニティや浴衣などおしゃれにしたけど、おしゃれにしただけでホスピタリティは低下してるという。お風呂はすごくいいのに、残念な宿になったなぁと。年に2回とか3回とか行ってたけど、すごく残念。
