Overall, the hotel lives up to its 'Premier' name. I really liked the decor and the room itself – it was incredibly spacious and very clean. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making check-in a breeze. However, the breakfast was quite mediocre, really more like what you'd expect from an apartment building, which felt unnecessary. Also, a heads-up about check-in times: for some reason, certain bookings had a 6 PM check-in, which was a first for me.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I stayed here for about 20 days, and most of the employees treated guests terribly. The check-in and check-out staff were especially awful—they spoke in a hostile, aggressive way, like they were trying to start a fight. Even though we had already booked the room, they made my family wait for no reason. I was traveling with my 85-year-old grandmother and my 4-year-old sibling, and they still refused early check-in. Other hotels at least show basic consideration, but this place clearly only cares about money. They charged us 150,000 KRW two or three times just to check in slightly earlier. On top of that, they even charged my card without my permission, which is completely unacceptable.
I would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend this hotel
