Very clean and comfortable room. Everything I needed was supplied. The ladies at the reception were friendly and even ordered a taxi to take me to Incheon in addition to holding my luggage for a few hours after check out.

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay in the deluxe room! Overall, it was clean, and the counter and cleaning staff were all so kind, so I felt good. Thank you so much for valet parking and waiting for me without worrying about the parking lot! Netflix was also logged in with the hotel's own account, not with a personal account, so I was able to watch it comfortably! 9999999% willing to revisit!!๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
