Very unethical hotel . They will cancel your booking without telling you at the nth hour . This is actually not expected from a brand like this but my experience has been tereible . I had booked the hotel two months the ago . On the day i had to check in because there was a concert near to their location they register to honor their booking as they wanted to sell their rooms at a much much higher rate .

Location-wise, the hotel is in a convenient area, close to restaurants and shopping spots. It’s a good option for both business and short leisure trips. Overall, The Park, Indore offers a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would consider staying here again for its location, cleanliness, and consistent service.
