The park hotel Indore is really amazing hotel. I visit there with my family and the staff of that hotel is really helpful and friendly nature. Specially on reception desk I met there a staff member Himanshi Negi. She was helping me a lot and also she guide me with very friendly nature Overall the experience was very fabulous

The receptionist had a couldn't care less attitude. The room had only one blanket and that too dirty and smelling. On my request they changed the blanket. There was only one towel in the washroom. They gave only a small hand wash soap in the name of toiletries whereas it was mentioned on their site that toiletries would be provided. On the whole a regretful and disappointing experience.

Very good and spacious rooms, comfortable. Hygiene is properly maintained by the hotel team, good hospitality and food quality with taste. Due to this qualities, I became a regular customer of this hotel. Highly recommend to try once to explore a good stay experience.

Proximity to Treasure island mall and good restaurants in the surroundings Limited breakfast items but service and food is good. Compact size Premium rooms. Colour peeling from walls need maintenance Side tables on both sides were unclean as if never cleaned in months. Wooden panel above pillows extremely dusty as if never cleaned for months All pictures of uncleanliness was shown to reception staff Tolietries are average rated - better to carry your own. Toilet paper roll was completely in wet condition Room wasn’t made properly by housekeeping. Low value for money based on amenities and cleanliness and room size.

Rooms are too congested and bed size is also small. We stayed for two days but room service not provided second day. Overall it's a average kind of hotel.

My room was okey, small but comfortable. Staff is very nice and polite. I had requested for an early check in and got my room at 8 in the morning. Overall satisfied.
