I really must suggest this hotel to everyone because the hotel washroom very clean, rates very low & overall experience was great

The receptionist had a couldn't care less attitude. The room had only one blanket and that too dirty and smelling. On my request they changed the blanket. There was only one towel in the washroom. They gave only a small hand wash soap in the name of toiletries whereas it was mentioned on their site that toiletries would be provided. On the whole a regretful and disappointing experience.

We had no idea about the hotel when we booked online 7 hours before we checked in. We were very pleased to find that it was very impressive from the time we drove through the gate. The property has plenty of secure parking, which was very important for us as we were driving with a fully loaded car. Check in was seamless and the room was very clean, large and comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee service as well. The food in the restaurant was excellent - Sweet corn Chicken Soup Cream of Mushroom Soup Laal Maas + Roti I would recommend Clarion Inn To anyone who is looking for a comfortable, affordable stay in Indore.

Rooms are ok but blankets and pillows were not clean nor the bead sheets, mosquitoes at night makes it terrible, due to flight delay we arrived late at night around 12:30am but officials were sleeping and no one was opening the door as my booking was already done in advance have to take help from outside to get in good things was he allowed us 2 hrs more for check out on my request

Hotel is near to indore railway station. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff members are very nice. Toilets are clean. Nice hotel for family members for stay.

Hotel neelam is very near to indore railway station. All the amenities described in mm t are present here. Plus, the stay was comfortable and the staff were very hospitable.

The location of hotel is good. The stained sofa covers, seepage in walls, non availability of simple items like dental kit etc. Makes this place highly unsuitable. The same is coupled with problem of small room and bed. For the money paid it’s not worth.
