Good morning I booked a room for the Valentine's Day Hotel I came with my wife and then we made a reservation at the restaurant for a special menu of Valentine's Day we asked us to arrive before 21:30 what we did for have the menu that was intended for us except that we arrived well before to be sure have the special menu Valentine we arrived at 20:45 and we are told that it is too late that there is no longer enough for everyone so I am very disappointed I show my disappointment I say I made the reservation a week in advance and I was promised that we were entitled to a special Valentine menu after having said several times our dissatisfaction we were offered to make us the menu that was agreed but with a limited quantity it is really a bad for such a hotel because the place is beautiful the hotel with pool jacuzzi and hammam and great but the restaurant is not the author of the very disappointed hotel one has signed the incident at the host on the day of our departure and we were taken 40 € from the special menu price of St. Valentine but we would have preferred to pay the agreed price and be served correctly as agreed so it is a pity for such a establishment

Located on the outskirts of Tours, it is suitable for self-driving tour, because the room rate is cheap, there is a large parking lot in front of the door, free parking. The room was ok and the bed was very comfortable. There is a dining area downstairs, and there is a large supermarket (and KFC) opposite. After buying the food, I get it back to the hotel and it feels good.

Since we could book this hotel with the super attractive promotional price, I didn't expect much at the hotel. Despite this, the hotel lived up to its reputation for service. It was a downside that it took time to check in as there was a lack of workers. However, other than that the room was very clean and had a bath so there were no complaints. This residential hotel seems to exist in many places in France, so I would like to use it again.

The rooms are very spacious, with small sofas, warmly furnished, and the various decorations are not upscale, but they are carefully designed to make you feel comfortable. The front desk is also very welcoming. There is a car park opposite the Tours Railway Station and a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

Very beautiful castle 🏰 The heating is very good in winter. I arrived at the hotel at five o'clock in the evening and called at 11 o'clock in the afternoon to urge check-out. In the off-season, there were no guests and the front desk knew our check-in time, and the epidemic situation was almost self-checking at night without disturbing the front desk. I feel a bit unreasonable for urging to check out this way. Of course it’s not my own hotel and it’s true that I don’t have to be so careful. Other than that, all are great, hope to have a chance to come again 🙏

Note that the bedding is perfect however small bathroom with an impractical toilet. Everything was very clean but there is one but, a bad smell of coming up from the sewers, too bad. Perfect and helpful welcome day and night, there is no elevator for the PRM side which would be ideal. Concerning the breakfast, good but there is a lack of choice of breads, fruits and the pastries unfortunately may be from the day before simply reheated, too bad.
