Very good experience. Our second visit to the hotel. The staff are very helpful; dog friendly which is a bonus. Good spacious room. We had a meal in the restaurant with friends. The food was delicious, sadly the evening was let down by attitude of the waitress. The waitress had poor interpersonal skills. We were surprised given it was our second visit and we had very good customer experience last time. Probably some training required in how to deal with customers.

Service und Freundlichkeit sind hervorzuheben; ebenfalls die familiäre Atmosphäre, die dazu führt, dass man sich von Anfang an in dem Hotel wohlfühlt. Auch die Qualität und die große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet sowie die Ausstattung der Zimmer überzeugen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Empfehle unbedingt eine Weinverkostung! "Weine aus dem Granitei" etwas Besonderes. Sollte man weitere Restaurants suchen, ist eine kleine Autofahrt Pflicht, aber das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Das Frühstück war reichlich und vielfältig und ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen gegenüber im Restaurant hat unseren schönen Urlaub abgerundet. Wir würden Hotel und Restaurant unseren Freunden und Bekannten empfehlen. Nochmals schönen Dank dafür.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit im Hotel war herausragend und auch das Essen war überwältigend. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Nähe, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder zu Fetzers Landhotel gehen.
