Location was great, only 6 minutes from the main station. We’ve got an upgrade on our room and the view from the room was just amazing! Staffs were very kind and friendly. Absolutely recommend it!

Ideal location with walking distance to the train and bus station. Got a free upgrade to deluxe room with more privacy and good view of the mountain.

Love this hotel! Extended my stay. The front desk has been nice and informative as I was trying to learn snowboard. And they recommended place for rental of gear just 1 min walk away. Room is spacious and friendly staff! Location is near old town and easily walkable to anywhere.

Worst housekeeping / never had this bad experience from a chain hotel. Hotel is in good condition and location is ideal but staff was not helpful.

My go to hotel in Innsbruck, comfy room with nice views of the alps in Innsbruck. Location is quite central to go to Primark or the golden roof at Maria Theresa.
