Because the rooms assigned for the first, second and third nights were not air-conditioned and the bed was too soft, which caused me backache and back pain, I had to change rooms. So yesterday I went to the front room to change rooms. This time The front desk lady named Kenda was very attentive and understood my problem. She specially arranged for me to stay in 1101 and hoped that I would be satisfied. She knows how to listen carefully to my problems and solve them, which is worthy of praise."
