A nice hotel that is very conveniently located near the Hualien Bus Station (5mins walk) and Hualien Train Station (10mins walk) which means transportation around the area isn’t an issue. The room was clean and spacious - can fit two full-sized luggage comfortably with ample walking space. The service was very prompt as well - called front desk for more hangers and received them between 5-10mins. Wide variety of food for the buffet breakfast as well - porridge with condiments, toasts, cooked food. Would recommend this hotel for the transport convenience, good service and room size!

I stayed there many years ago, and then I stayed in a different room when I came to Hualien. This year I have the opportunity to go back to Tianxi. The interior of the room has been renovated. It is new and comfortable. However, the toilet is still a bit old. I will stay there next time. If given the chance, I would still choose Tianxi.

The atmosphere in the manor is great and super chill Drinks and snacks are also provided in the afternoon Fully booked for first night But it doesn’t make you feel noisy and crowded, but it’s unexpectedly peaceful. Although the space in the camper is limited, it is well-equipped and soundproofed, and the sound of wind and waves can be isolated. There are tables and chairs outside the camper, creating the feeling of a small courtyard. It is very relaxing and comfortable to chat, eat and drink here, and there is an incomparable sea view. Even if you don't go anywhere, it is worth spending the whole day.

Book a quadruple room for the New Year, there is a homestay with such a high cp value! The room is exactly the same as the photo! Parking is oversized! The environment is clean and the room is full! There are a lot of board games to borrow, and there are balls to play! Really have everything! The hotel is very close to the station and main bus station, from which it's possible to reach Taroko National Park. So very convenient for trips outside of Hualien. Not very close to the seaside, night market and city center, but you can easily reach them by bus. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was quite essential, food was not great, and only available from 7 am. Had a good stay overall.

The hot spring bath is dark black, and the hot water is added. You can adjust it yourself. It’s warm, you can soak in the hot spring comfortably in the room, the bed is moderately hard and comfortable, breakfast Chinese dishes, pumpkin porridge, freshly brewed coffee and soy milk, pure hot spring, no extra leisure facilities~
