The door cannot be locked, the anti-lock chain is bad, and the door lock is deformed and cannot be locked. The toilet can't be opened. No soap. No phone. I don't know if the epidemic has broken down, and I feel like I'm going to close down."

"The room is very small, the bedding is not new (sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases) sleeping on it is disgusting, especially the quilt cover, there are four bottles of mineral water in the room, thanks to asking for money, the toilet in the bathroom is very old, a button is bad, and a deposit of 100 yuan is charged for check-in. I don't know what it means."
