"It was a nice experience staying inside Wuzhen. Although I couldn’t get the room with the “better view” that I wanted, the amenities were well-prepared. As for the staff, they seemed a bit short-handed. I requested to have the shower head cleaned because the water flow was weak, but the staff’s reaction was rather reluctant; she asked, “Right now? Now?” Well, if not now, then when? In the end, we just decided to let it go. Breakfast wasn’t great either; it was cold and not very tasty but it is what it is. Overall, it was still a decent stay just for the experience of staying inside Wuzhen."

"A very cosy and beautiful homestay. The lady boss was very friendly and gave us a lot recommendations on food and how to move around. Next to the gate of Wuzhen water town so was very convenient. Only issue is that is that the toilet area are using clear glass so a little inconvenient if not traveling as couple. There is still a curtain to draw."

"Absolutely fantastic! We stayed in a waterfront room, which was a truly special experience. My mother was carsick upon arrival, and the hotel even provided mung bean sweet soup and snow fungus soup for her in the evening. I highly recommend staying within the scenic area; the night views are absolutely stunning. The hotel was impeccably clean, and Xiao Dang, the staff member who assisted us, was incredibly warm and helpful. She came out early to meet us, helped with our luggage, introduced us to the attractions, suggesting routes and a recommended order of visit, and consistently checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Traveling with elderly parents and children, and with the hot weather, Xiao Dang thoughtfully advised me on the pros and cons of the hotel's breakfast versus trying local morning tea spots. In the end, we opted for the buffet breakfast at the hotel, and I also went to a morning tea spot to buy some specialty snacks to bring back and eat. Overall, it was a perfect experience and a perfect trip to Wuzhen. If I visit Wuzhen again, I would definitely choose to stay at Tong'an Inn."

"Breakfast is relatively simple, soy milk is almost cold. It is impossible to take the child to want an egg, and it is impossible to have a bottle of water. They are all prepared in advance. The service is not bad. There is no temperature. Enter the store from the moment you get off the bus. It doesn't matter. The inn staff will not help you with your luggage. I have to push the stone road by myself, and I have taken it. We have two big and one small suitcases, one push cart, think about it. They all take money to work, there is no temperature service, right? No human touch. People with service centers will help you get it, but people are not there when you leave. "I would like to give a super big thumbs up for the service and environment here! The staffs are super helpful and friendly which make me feel super comfortable and satisfied with the stay! They provide a recommended lists of places and restaurants to go upon our arrivals at hotel. They even gave us local product as souvenir before we leave. Warm-hearted and precious service 🤍 I would do if I could give them 10 stars rates! SUPER DUPER RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE!"

"Just checked out today and I'm so grateful for the friendly and caring staff. We stayed in a two-bedroom family room, which was spotlessly clean and had a small courtyard with a beautiful view. Waking up to the birdsong in the morning felt like being back in nature, and life seemed to slow down. It's also very close to Wuzhen. During the holiday, it was too crowded and hard to get a ride back home, so the owner drove to pick us up. What a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended!!!"

"Wuzhen is truly exceptionally well-managed, with meticulous attention to detail. Each time I've visited over the years, there's always a new delightful surprise. This trip, we stayed within the Xizha scenic area, and the check-in process at the service center was incredibly smooth. The shuttle buses use a specially designed lane, built like a covered bridge, which cleverly avoids overlapping with the main sightseeing areas and instead runs exclusively along the ancient town's perimeter. Noting we were a family, the hotel front desk thoughtfully arranged for us to have two rooms within a waterfront building. With a living room on the ground floor and two rooms upstairs, it genuinely felt like we had an entire villa to ourselves. Each room featured a charming, antique-style canopy bed, and the smart air mattresses offered adjustable firmness. From the window, we could gaze out at the picturesque small bridges and gentle streams, creating an ambiance that felt both elegant and modern. Wuzhen is absolutely perfect for an early morning stroll; it's wonderfully peaceful and beautiful before the crowds arrive. Next time I visit in autumn, I'll definitely swap the hotel's breakfast buffet for breakfast at the floating market. It would be a delightful experience to soak up the sun and truly savour Wuzhen's charm there."

"The location is good and it is very convenient to go to Xizha, but the price is very expensive during the May Day holiday. Parking spaces are provided and the service is ok. . . . . . . . . . ."

"My room was on the ground floor; the window directly faced a wall when the curtains were open, with only a small window looking out onto a shared patio. This room type wasn't entirely as depicted in the booking photos. Overall, it was decent. The positives include a convenient central location for easy access, L'Occitane toiletries (a nice touch, typical of a boutique hotel), and both the room and bathroom were quite spacious. The set-menu breakfast was also quite refined. As for drawbacks, the small window offered poor ventilation, the bed was immediately visible upon entering the room, and there were quite a few mosquitoes on the ground floor. Overall, it offers good value for money compared to similarly priced rooms within Wuzhen."
