This time, the accommodation experience at Xiangxi Crown International Hotel was great! The hotel has an excellent location, convenient travel, and complete supporting facilities around it. The guest rooms are luxuriously and elegantly decorated, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring high-quality sleep. The facilities in the room are complete, and the use of smart devices is extremely convenient. The design of the bathroom is dry and wet separation, and the toiletries provided are also high-quality. The service attitude of the hotel staff is extremely warm and thoughtful. From the front desk reception to the room service, every detail makes people feel warm and comfortable. Special praise for the front desk lady surnamed Luo The service attitude is very good. The breakfast is varied, delicious, and balanced in nutrition. Overall, Xiangxi Crown International Hotel is an excellent hotel worth recommending.

Excellent services. The location is next to the highway. A 1.8 km walk to the scenic spot but it’s worth. You can explore nearby local cuisine and various other local artifacts in the town. I booked my room on the 13th floor to get the best view of the scenic spot and was worth it. The management arrangement pickup and drop off services at the railway station which makes things easier. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The lady housekeeper was very friendly, and she offered to meet us at the drop-off point and brought us to the hotel within the Furong ancient town. We were grateful for the upgrade to the hotel room at the third floor where we had the view of the waterfall and river straight from the balcony in our room! Although our hotel room had no breakfast provided, we were offered bread, instant coffee and packet milk for breakfast the next day.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Because the hotel is new, all the amenities are in great condition and is very nicely renovated and clean! The location is also ideal if you want a quieter spot near the ancient town. The hotel provides unlimited free transport to the entrance of the ancient town as well, which makes it more convenient to get around! Yanzi (燕子管家） is also a great host and helps to arrange transportation from the train station 👍 overall great service, quite convenient location, and clean/beautiful room!

I am very happy yo have chosen this hotel. as i walked around town looking at most home stay, I felt that hotel kechao has provided such an excellent service with their special way. Upon arrival, they have given a lot of instructions on how to visit this town. They have also given us some fruits once we were back to the room. The room is probably one of the best in town I would say. I have studied a lot of other hotels but I am so happy with this one. Plus it is directly next to famous hongqiao bridge. Before you start your journey they gave you a rough guide instructions on how best to walk around the ancient town. Once you start walking, you can use the interactive map the hotel sent you via wechat. All in all, this is the best stay throughout my trip. Thanks to both the staff Hwa Hwa and Yingzi. They have been such a great help. All the photos are from my own stay. Have I mentioned their breakfast? My gosh... It was one of the most satisfying one. They brought it to our room. Maybe because it was the low season but it is really much appreciated. Nice breakfast. Their shampoo is so fragrant that we wanted to buy but too bad it wasn't for sale. Plus the room has got the smart control system using xiaudo. But only in Chinese. We definitely appreciate they hotel for their service.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

The location of the B&B is a first-line river view. This B&B is really great and makes people feel at home! The lady was very enthusiastic and picked us up at Hongqiao, the entrance to the ancient city. She will tell you the travel guide and recommend the Phoenix Evening Show, which is very beautiful and cost-effective! The room is spacious and bright. I like the hanging basket on their balcony the most. It is the best location to see the night view. It is worth recommending!

Owners are very kind, friendly and ready to help you. I added their wechat once booked. They will pick up us which the place under 3 choices. and he help us take the luggages to hotel, that is not far from oldtown entrance. The location is very good. Not loud and fuss. Very quite to rest and relax. The front view is so amazing. You can walk around 10-15 minutes to downtown. Owner provide e-map to you. You can left luggages once checked out and walk around old town. Then once you will go to railways, they will help you take the luggages to the old town entrance.

Lady boss came to pick us up at the entrance to Fenghuang Scenic Area. She feel offered to help carried one of our luggage. The hotel is located about 500m away from the main attraction. Room is located beside the river and the view from the balcony was really breathtaking. Room was clean and amenities was full. Opposite hotel (opposite the river) has a pub and you can hear the songs from your balcony. But all the music and songs will be off after 11.30pm. Overall, would come back to this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the ancient town . They have concierge to pick us up from the drop off point . It is a short distance of walk to reach the hotel . The view from the room is perfect and we even got upgraded with a balcony room . We are also offered a complimentary pick up and drop off from train station . The only downside about this hotel is overall the facility is slightly old but pretty well kept . If you want an early rest just take note the music level is really loud from outside and no much sound proof . Music will stop right at 1130pm.
