"Initially I requested for this bedroom to be ‘high floor’ and ‘seaview’ as I checked online that those request usually are the pricier balcony with service kitchen. So on the day I arrived after repeatedly asking the lady from the front desk if my request was fulfilled, I was a bit of disappointed. Only to find out from her that although it was ‘high floor’ but for the sea view it only applies to those 2 bedrooms suite… Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay with my wife as it was my second time booking in this hotel. Thanks again!"

"Selected the family suite - biggest room for our family of 3. The room was big and located on level 2. I stayed at rm 225 corner room. Breakfast was good although the fried cakue and coffee can be better. Location is perfect…in between BCS and Grand Batam mall and the local market which provided good food options in the day time and also A2 food court at night. A lot of massage places as well. Will come back to stay."

"All the staffs here are very welcoming and smiley which feels great the moment I stepped in. There are live band in the lobby on Fri/Sat and they are great! Room is clean and big and location is accessible to anywhere. There’s a morning market just across the hotel and a convenience store right infront. Would return again :))"

"Overall stay was pleasant. Room, location, Convenience and safe.  Only issue I had was the power points and usb ports for charging. Initially the power point works but usb did not. Then they replaced it. After that the power point does not work but usb ports work.  Room took long time to cool down despite putting it at 17 degrees.  Other than that, it’s was a pleasant and fun stay. Highly recommended to stay here for the convenience of shops, clinics, spas and food. There are 4 hotels in this area …."

"This is a relatively new hotel wih great facilities. I was upgrdaed from normal Deluxe room to Suite. Good spacious room with confoirtable bed. Main restaurant is at top floor for nice view of surrounding. Breakfast has a good spread of food choices and taste satisfactory. Buffet dinner at weekend that includes durians is very reasonable as well. Location is great at Nagoya area with many eateries, foodcourts and entertainment in the vicinity. Nearby mall include Nagoya Hill Mall and Nagoya Thamrin City. Not for swimmers though as no swimming pool. But still high recommended for its price and purpose of accomodation."

"Excellent reception service- whatever request I asked in trip.com - not facing the roadside, high floor, interconnecting room, the counter guy has met all my request. The restaurant services was great too. The food has a lot of variety and they will top it up before it was empty. The lobby is grand and the conceige is also helpful. This is our second stay in this hotel. Will come again"

"Overall, extremely pleasant experience. Location was near Nagoya Hill area with many essentials stores nearby that were accessible by a designated pathway that leads out from the hotel lobby lift area. There’s also a Starbucks cafe downstairs at the lobby of the hotel that comes with a pool table. Room was great. Service was excellent and even satisfied my extra requirement of having a birthday cake surprise for my partner which was greatly appreciated. Room amenities were all alright. Toiletries were more than adequate which was really great! Comes with a bathtub big enough for two. TV was big enough and comes with Netflix. Breakfast had a widespread of cuisines and pool and gym amenities were really satisfactory. E-hailing services such as Grab and Gojek were easily booked from the hotel lobby. Security assuring and tight with every car entering the hotel premises being subjected to a security check. Hotel doorman was extremely friendly and helpful.Room service was extraordinary and was very good and relatively cheap! Some areas for improvement include: - Some of the light switches in the room were either not functioning or it was difficult to switch the light on or off probably due to the electrical contact issue. - The peephole was loose and was not functioning properly. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfactory experience. Definitely recommend!!! :)"

"Excellent hotel. Staffs are welcoming, warm and polite. Cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent location - ＜5 mins walk to 2 malls (grand batam mall, city square mall) and, massages shop. Just beside the hotel is A2 food court. At night, there's a row of food stalls at roadside of the hotel. Opposite the hotel there's a convenience shop and many restaurants, penuin wet market is there as well. Breakfast is rich in variety from western to local Indonesian, including an Indomee stall. Overall, it's a 10/10 recommendation!"
