"The front desk is located on the second floor of the Lawson convenience store in the west exit rotary, right next to Kusatsu Station. The three staff members at the small front desk were efficient and helpful. The contracted parking lot is in the building immediately to the left as you enter the rotary, and the signs were easy to find. The overnight parking fee of 500 yen was a welcome bonus. The amenities were also of high quality. The water, tea, and snacks in the refrigerator were all free, which was a nice touch."

"Everything is pretty good. It's a bit far from JR Kusatsu Station, about a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket along the way, and a convenience store near the hotel. The only thing to note is that there's a funeral parlor next to the hotel; those with such taboos should avoid choosing this location."

"Stayed for 4 nights, did not drive around Lake Biwa, the transportation is very convenient, JR station express train stops, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants nearby, basic needs are all there, CP value is high, you can choose to have a leisurely breakfast facing the scenery outside the window one day! The staff has a good service attitude and is willing to help! The air conditioner in the room was originally very noisy, but later it was adjusted to be lower than the room temperature to avoid constant braking!"
