"All the staff are so friendly, especially, Eylül and Efe! willing to help with anything. They made sure that we are comfortable and well looked after. They speak English very well! Gave us a few tips what to do and what not to do at Cappadocia. Booked an airport transfer for us without charging us anything! The buffet breakfast has so many choices, all fresh and very yummy! The room is nice and clean, it gives you that feeling that you are staying in a cave. We will certainly come back to Cappadocia and will book rooms here! The view from the rooftop is incredible, it’s a pity we could not watch the air balloons because it was cancelled because it was windy! Thank you Eylül and Efe for looking after us."

"This hotel was definitely wonderland. Inside and outside, truly stunning with the gorgeous Cappadocia back drop to compliment the beautifully designed hotel grounds with green area and pool. I arrived long before check in time to do a tour at 4am which got canceled. Ali, one of the best hotel staff I've ever met, made sure I got comfortable as quickly as possible into my Queen Suite which was breathtaking! A room inside a cave? Omg, it was amazing, huge, with a bathroom truly fit for a queen with shower, jacuzzi, and get this, it's own sauna! The hotel also provide a tasty breakfast and assistance with organizing tours (at reasonable additional costs). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave! Best hotel in Cappadocia!"

"We were lucky to stay at a relatively brand new hotel. Mr. Faruk, the owner, said that the hotel had just opened in November 2024. Before checking in, I came to check the location which was only 1.2 kilometers from our first hotel. I then asked Mr. Faruk if he could help me move our 2 large suitcases. Without further ado, he then asked his brother-in-law (Mehmet) to help me pick up the suitcases at no additional cost. Mr. Faruk was also very helpful when we needed to print visas & plane tickets, again at no cost. Even without air conditioning, the room was cool enough for us (19-21°c). The room size is quite large, comfortable, clean, and fragrant. There is a small refrigerator and safe deposit box. The view from the window is also quite good, we can clearly see the Goreme hills. The breakfast menu is also varied and some are freshly cooked. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay around Goreme."

"It's cozy place, I felt the peace and slept very well with super warm reception. Walking distance to bus station,shops, restaurant,A101 super market and especially close to sun raise balloon veiw point. Amazing experience this morning, and a great Yoga stretch. 虽然我没有使用早餐，我看到品种很丰富，我住的楼顶的房间很安静，设施虽然旧，但我不在意，酒店本身非常有特色，热气球观光点其实就在酒店后侧山顶上，步行10分钟内到。对了，我坐大巴到达的，车站慢悠步行到酒店也就10多分钟，没有台阶"

"The hotel is located in the center of Goreme town. Parking is convenient at the door. It is a five-minute walk to eat and shop. The handsome guy at the front desk who arrived at night was always online and helped to carry the suitcase to the room. The hotel has many floors, and the rooms on each floor do not disturb each other. There are tables and chairs at the door for viewing and rest. Breakfast is on the top floor, the scenery is great, the breakfast is super rich, and I eat a lot every day. They also fry eggs according to the guests' taste. The traditional Turkish breakfast is great! The hotel card can book various activities, and can also help to book the airport minibus. When checking out, a special dessert is also given as a gift. Full marks hotel!"

"The four-story Cappadocia Grand Hotel is located in the north of Goreme, not far from the hot air balloon landing site, and is very convenient for entering and leaving the town. The room facilities are simple but comfortable, with a large space, and there are elevators (very few other hotels in the town have), heating and swimming pools (it is too cold to use). You can book hot air balloon rides and tours to the surrounding areas through the hotel front desk, which is very reliable! I have to mention the two handsome guys at the front desk, Efe and Sinon; when we arrived at the hotel, Efe came out to greet us and took the initiative to carry our heavy suitcases into the hotel. Sinon, who speaks fluent Chinese, took the initiative to help us add WeChat to facilitate contacting them when we are playing in the local area. What surprised and touched us the most was that this trip was our child’s birthday trip; the weather was very good on the birthday, and we were lucky to book through the hotel and take the Brothers company hot air balloon to rise with the rising sun. In the evening, when we were eating outside, we received a WeChat message from Efa, asking if we needed help preparing a birthday cake; we declined politely because we were afraid of troubling the hotel. Unexpectedly, when I returned to the hotel room, I still saw the 2-pound cake prepared by the hotel. After tasting the delicious cake, we shared most of it with the hotel staff and thanked them for their love, which brought our birthday trip to a perfect end. The hotel is located in a quiet location with convenient transportation. It is only a 5-6 minute walk from the nearby Chinese restaurant. Quick China is highly recommended for travelers with Asian appetites. The hotel is also not far from the sunset view point. By the way, the roof of the hotel is also a great place to watch hot air balloons in the morning. ”We are not in a hurry, always thinking that there is a long way to go. "12/10 experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! It was our first time visiting Cappadocia and we were looking for a luxury cave room experience with an authentic Turkish rooftop terrace. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Even when we had checked out, they still displayed the same faultless level of service. We had requested to move to a quieter room and the hotel provided us with an upgrade. They were also very helpful in arranging airport transfers and Ferhad assisted us with our luggage to our room and throughout the hotel. He made us feel very welcome. The breakfast terrace (separate from the rooftop terrace) had a beautiful view and offered a great selection of traditional Turkish breakfast, overlooking the beautiful Göreme. The hotel itself is located at the most elevated part of the town and their rooftop terrace is spread over three floors - it offers the most amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise and is spacious enough for guests to take pictures without feeling crammed. They also offered free Turkish tea throughout our stay!"
