This wonderful beach House is located in the beautiful Fleet's Neck neighborhood facing the Peconic Bay. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach along with easy beach parking. The nearby beach has beautiful views filled with sailboats in the summer. The house is a mile to King Kullen supermarket, Braun Seafood, a variety of vineyards, Greenpoint Brewery and many farm stands. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. It is situated on 1/2 an acre lot, with water views and a lawn to play. There is a spacious outdoor deck for grilling, cocktails or a morning coffee.
