It's an oceanfront cottage on the wide side of the island with lots of space for your friends and family. Dune boasts its own private beachfront deck with a boardwalk down to the beach. The home came under new ownership in 2021 and has undergone lots of upgrades since then.LIVING SPACESSince Dune was a duplex in the past, there are two living rooms. Each one has smart TVs equipped with Roku for streaming your favorite content. There's a PS4 and a Wii with games for rainy days too. Each side of the house also has a dining space for morning coffee, family feasts, and game nights. There is only one kitchen now and you have full access to both sides during your stay. You won't have to share with any other parties. Dune has a cozy mix of midcentury pieces and up-cycled beachy furniture. 'Ultimately' we tried to give this one-level house a modern take on a late 60s surf shack. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMSThere are five bedrooms, each with their own unique styling:1.
