"This time I went abroad to play, the experience in [Hotel Name] was perfect. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the doorman enthusiastically helped carry the luggage, the reception staff smiled, the check-in was efficient and intimate, and patiently recommended local attractions. The room layout is very local and modern and comfortable. The beds are soft and the view from the window is pleasant. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the spare parts are well-known brands and the aroma is pleasant. The hotel's dining is amazing. The restaurant offers a wealth of local cuisine, fresh ingredients and authentic cooking. The service staff is always concerned about the needs and responds promptly. Convenient transportation around the hotel, close to subway stations and attractions. Staying here, not only enjoyed comfortable accommodation, but also experienced the local customs in depth. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose to stay!"

"My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment."

"Staff at the hotel are helpful. I couldn't make it to the hotel by the end of the day so I called them. Kris helped me check in in advance and it didn't take me long to get my keys when I got there. And Corane was nice to customers too."

"Room was spacious and clean and bed very comfortable. Complimentary shuttle to the stockyards. To be collected, you phone reception. Water provided, only downside is the remote didn’t work to switch TV on and off - also unable to enter channel number, had to scroll through the channels."

"Great! Clean facility. Ccourteous and accommodating staff. They offered free shuttle to stockyards. Breakfast sufficiently ok. Pool great! Not too far from Downtown. I would stay again."

"What a spectacular view! My room was a top floor corner room with a west view of Fort Worth. The contactless entry was worth it! The stairs leading up to the second floor are only to those certain rooms otherwise entry is through the lobby up the elevator. I had a little staycation with my dog. They were more than willing to provide more towels when needed."
