"We really appreciated the proximity to the airport and the quick shuttle ride (only 5 minutes to/from the domestic terminal and runs every half hour). The downside of the location is that it's not near anything other than the airport, including restaurants, so you're kind of stuck if you don't have your own car. The facilities are excellent with an outdoor pool, fitness room, and nice dining area for breakfast. The room was clean enough, but not exactly sparkling. Because of the convenience, we would definitely stay here again if we need a place close to the airport."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I first arrived there was a mixup with my room and it wasn't clean. But it was quickly taken care of. They rooms are also nice. The breakfast is small but it was a nice breakfast filled with waffles, cereals, fruit, muffins, and yogurt with coffee and juice to choose from. I'll definitely stay again. "

" Very close to ATL airport. Hotel has an airport shuttle leaving hotel every half hour for example 6, 6:30, 7, etc and picking up at airport approx. every 15 minutes after for example 6:15, 6:45, 7:15 etc. Used the shuttle van both ways on flights in and out, made it easy if you use ATL airport - my biggest reason for this hotel. Easy check in. Clean room. OK TV and channels, etc. Large breakfast seating area with coffee and drinks all the time, and free breakfast starting at 6 am. Good Mexican Food place right Nextdoor. Not upscale, but solid , clean and a pretty good value. I would not take a long vacation here, but a good option for going in and out of airport and a quick stay."

"It was an early flight the next morning, so I used it because it was close to the airport. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock! There are not many types, but it was good to have almond milk and decaf! The shuttle bus to the airport was also saved at intervals of 20 minutes. Atlanta Airport is quite large at Hub Airport, and even if you leave an hour and a half ago, it is crowded with baggage inspections, so we recommend leaving 2 hours before boarding!"

"There are several restaurants on the side, among which the Chinese restaurant is very good, and a colleague still has a birthday there. Getting up in the morning and running in the morning is very good. Country INN I lived a lot, and each gave me a great feeling. I felt very warm when I saw the same, characteristic furnishings of each house. I usually prefer Holiday Inn and Country INN on business."

SSinlenmezLocation is very good. The hotel has a pivate parking for 25 USD/ day, so you don't need to worry about where to park. There are many restaurants and cafés around, also Marshall's, Five Under are in the neighborhood if you like shopping. There is also Publix Market just in 2 mins by walking. The breakfast is good enough to start a day. And the people are always helpful and kind. The room is quite comfortable. There is a microwave, a little fridge and a coffe-maker inside the room. The only missing for us was the safe. There was no safe inside the room. Also the housekeeping is done once in two days, but if you ask in the morning they change the sheets and towels regardless the day.
We stayed here with 2 little buddy loved a lot. If we visit Atlanta one day again, I definitely check this place.

GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

JJohnny B GoodI didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay.
The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful.
I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.

First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.
