This is a completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath 1,148 sq ft. condo within a stones throw from the beach! When you enter the unit you will be taken aback by the Hawaiian vibes! Air conditioning units are in the living room and master bedroom. A portable unit is in the second bedroom for your comfort during the summer months. The unit has a fully updated kitchen with granite countertops; a new cooktop self-cleaning oven; a full-size microwave oven; dishwasher and tons of cabinet space; and all of the pots/pans/dishes/utensils needed to enjoy a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will not need to worry about running out and buying that essential item to cook with. And if you plan on creating that perfect Hawaiian dinner, or even just a BBQ, spices are available in the kitchen or pick some fresh at the herb garden.There are new marble floors and a walk-in marble shower in the master bath & a new deep soaking tub in the guest bath.
