The cabin rests on 2.5 acres of natural splendor with trees and a seasonal creek.Property quirks--Cooling abilities of AC in the hotter months of the summer may be limited.-plugging in too many things at once can cause the breakers to trip. Please use common sense when plugging in multiple devices.Please note- we are in a national forest with lots of critters- we have Orkin come out every month for pest control, but there are occasional run ins with little field mice and spiders in the area. Please be understanding in this regard that all beings want to take shelter.
