Welcome to Tres Casa. Our cozy home is kid friendly. Tres Casa has a beautiful fire pit along side swinging benches. And huge playset for kids. Enjoy a 6 person Hot Tube. Have a relaxing time at the Michigan Beach within 5 minutes away. Tres Casa is centered from South Haven & St. Joseph. Our home is secluded on a 2 acre property with private driveways. You can enjoy the Tub with Jets in the Master Bedroom . We offer a foosball table, air hockey table, outdoor zip line, and Gazebo. Back deck has a table for 6 and Gazebo has seating for 8 to 10. Amenities include Internet, WIFI, Gas Grill, Kids playground and zip line. Firewood is provided for outdoor pit and indoor Fire Place. Property is treated for mosquitos monthly. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and water boards. Home has water softener and filtered water. Although the outdoor pool is closed until next summer, take a short walk, or golf cart ride (included in rental May through October) to a PRIVATE sandy lake Michigan beach area, or spend a day exploring neighboring tourist spots in St. Joseph/South Haven only a short drive away.Our lovely 2100 square feet condo unit located on the second floor of a multi-unit lodge building that's surrounded by a peaceful wooded area. To get inside, you'll go up a few steps to our private entrance on the North side of the building that leads to a porch. Once inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that's perfect for cooking your favorite meals, as well as a cozy dining nook where you can enjoy them.Our condo comes with a designated parking space right across from the entry stairs, and additional unassigned parking is available on the south side. (Please note that personal watercraft, motorized sport vehicles, campers, or trailers are not permitted on the property.)Inside, the spacious living and dining areas offer a welcoming place to unwind. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 10, with two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, and a twin bunk bed—perfect for families or groups of friends. Garage is inaccessible to guests but the spots next to it provide additional parking for vehicles.Other things to noteEntire home & grounds are smoke free.Our neighborhood outside Lake Michigan is made up of gravel roads and can require vehicles with four wheel access in the winter due to snow. Snow removal in the walk ways, driveways, and around the spa and hot tub is completed by a private company and will be done as soon as possible during snowy and icy weather. The hot tub and sauna are operable all year round and enjoyable even (maybe especially!) in the colder months. Some light snow or ice removal around the walkways surrounding amenities may be needed to be done by guests between professional snow removal for safety, comfort, and accessibility. The streets leading from town to the property may be difficult to drive through during large storms until crews can clear them.We regularly clean and clear the natural debris that falls from our surrounding tree canopy but you will likely see remnants of sap, acorns, pine needles, leaves, and sand from our sandy soil yard on our decks, outdoor furniture, and around the hot tub and sauna. Nature is all around so bugs and wildlife are present — you’ll love the natural feel of our space!We’re a pet friendly home and love hosting fur friends. Be sure to add your pet (one only) to your reservation and pay $100 pet fee.
