The cottage is not shoreline, but it is only 1/4 mile from each park****PLEASE READ!! As of right now (06/09/21), the landscaping and deck are still ongoing. The yard offers an excellent camping-style experience at this point!Guest accessAll of the land between the cabin and the road to the north can be used for parking.The two neighborhood parks, which consist of nice lawn, shade trees, boat ramps and beach, are only available to residents of the Sherwood Shores neighborhood.
