Clean unit and easy to find. Has all the essentials more. Very well located. A little dark at night on the surrounding block but didn’t feel unsafe.Unit is remodeled but building is outdated- pool also very outdated.

Great place. Good price. Place was clean. Pool was nice. Wasnt sure when we first pulled up, but it was very nice. Quiet.Perfect to get to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and surrounding areas in just a couple of minutes.Had a great time!

Cozy and cute! Very cute home. Kids loved the pool very close to beaches. Loved that the bedrooms where not next to each other. Very clean easy check in and out! Property manager was very helpful!

Will rent regularly! This is such a fantastic place. The bedrooms are on the second floor and so the downstairs is a nice kitchen living room. It’s also nice to have the half bath downstairs. Lovely back porch. Friendly neighbors. I’m coming back.
