Very disappointed, bad experience and not user-friendly hotel!! Last minutes outstation so booked this hotel on the same days, before check-in they keep spamming email and message to the reception make payment for deposit. So, when I went to the reception, which could not find any staff there!!
Wait for long times only have staff respond, the staff impatient told that why you do not read properly the description and term & condition before you made booking? They keep mentioned on these few times. If customer miss out your hotel SOP, you may try to do a kindly reminder, not keep telling us "Why you don't read our term & condition before you made a booking?!!"
In order that, they do not allow collect deposit by cash because they are cashless, and deposit only accept by instant transfer immediately. But the deposit refund procedure needs take us for 2-3 working days.
After a long traveling, whole day meeting and works, consumer just need to take a rest. I will not recommend to this hotel.
