+ great location, very close to downtown, train station, gerbang malam, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. The staff is just great, always ready to help. WiFi is ok, hot water, hair drier, water dispenser on each floor. Aircon is old, but works ok.
- clearly can improve cleaness, the dust is everywhere. Window is dirty too. The bedsheets can be improved too, some had stains and small holes.

Hotel is under construction but it didn’t bother me too much. Expect lots of improvements in the future. Overall it’s a nice place.

educate your staff with manners and language barrier is not your customer's problem. it is yours. also whenever people feel like their safety is at risk, do not dismiss and attend the problem pronto. not everything can be compensated, especially people's safety. again, educate your people!

It's my second time staying at this hotel. I chose this hotel due to its location that is very near to food places . Also, the basement parking is very convenient and ample spaces.
