Very bad. No integrity and commitment at all. One week before, we have booked the ground floor family room. But, when we arrived, they had changed our room to 1st floor room which is facing the main road, the opposite Maybank kept alarming whole day! We requested to change room, they said fully occupied. Whole night we were unable to sleep well a lot of vehicles passed by very noisy! This is the way, they treat the repeated occupants, no integrity, no commitment. Forever don't be their repeated occupants, find better options in Ipoh!
