Excellent hotel, good location near the station and football ground. Nice room and great bar which was open late which was handy as we celebrated a very rare Saints win🤪👏👏 Only slight criticism was the breakfast was a bit expensive at £18. Would definitely stay again

Easy and quick check in, even though I arrived at midnight. Clean room with comfortable bed. Very quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities were good. Great location for the railway station, Portman Road stadium, the town centre. Sainsbury’s within walking distance is also helpful. Didn’t have time to use the bar but it looked lively and popular.

Really great location shouldn't and the bar area is lovely-the free pool table is already nice touch too. The décor and finishing touches in all the downstairs areas Ah really nice and gives the hotel a very Homely and more sophisticated feel.
The rooms were clean with really good amenities and a lovely shower.
We stayed on a Saturday night but there was noise audible within the room and the hotel in general had a very chilled out and relaxed feel.
Would definitely recommend and look to stay at one of the hotels in the chain for future trips.
