Fantastic location and guest house with everything you need. Quite, clean and comfortable. Near by local shops, pubs and take away places. Cotton bedding with feather quilt. Smart Tv and lovely shower with ample of hot water. Landlord easy to contact.

We hired the whole guest house for a family get together. We cannot fault Lattice Lodge. Martin greeted us on arrival and showed us around and explained how to use everything and the local facilities. We found the whole guest house to be exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable and provided everything you would need whilst staying there. We all had a good nights sleep in the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the kitchen to make a full roast dinner for us all. We moved the table and chairs in the dining room to allow us to sit together as a family. The sitting room was comfortable with nice soft furnishings and everything you would need keep you entertained. Lattice Lodge is very well situated and we found it was an easy walk into Ipswich. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lattice Lodge and would highly recommend staying there.

Martin is a great host' Very responsive' self check in easy and hassle free' located in a good area' near shops and food place' town centre 20 minutes walk or bus 66 every 20 minutes. Rooms are clean and bright and cleaned daily. Nothing bad about this place' if your looking for a fair priced place to stay this is it.

This is a comfortable and lovely lodging option. Our room was large and well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are many happy repeat customers who you might meet in the common kitchen or dining room. Many customers are working for short periods in Ipswich. It's about a 30 minute walk to Ipswich center or you can take the #6 bus ( runs every half hour) from Nelson Road, less than five minutes walking. We were here for a week, appreciated the washing machine, which also works as a dryer. Highly recommended.

Everything about this accommodation is outstanding, i have no complaints at all. Martin is extremely helpful and is local so has all the local information you would need. the town is within easy reach and there are plenty of local food outlets and shops within a short walk.

We enjoyed our stay at Lattice Lodge, the place was so clean and the bed very comfortable. It is very quiet and situated right opposite a Sainsbury convenience store which was an added bonus. It was nice to be able to use the kitchen area to prepare our cereal in the morning, having the tables to eat the food was helpful and homely, also the lounge area was comfortable, it was a pleasant area to sit in and relax. It was a real bonus having a ground floor room and the electric charger gave us peace of mind knowing we could set off fully charged the next morning. Martin was helpful and was able to offer support when I needed help with the electric charger. Lattice Lodge is a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, I would highly recommend.

Last minute one-night stay while visiting a family member in nearby Ipswich hospital. I had a small double room with everything you could possibly need, very comfortable bed, good shower, excellent wifi, small fridge & microwave, tea/coffee, etc, and very clean and quiet. Sainsbury's Local opposite, and plenty eating options nearby. Above all, as a lone female I felt very safe. I did not have time/need to use the shared facilities, but it all looked great, especially having a washer/dryer in the kitchen if you were staying several nights. Would not hesitate to stay again.
