When we arrived at the Hotel Ibis, we were not given the rooms which we h ad reserved. Both of us couples were given different rooms for which we each paid. When we arrived home I realized that we had paid twice for out rooms. I contacted trips.com and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I would receive a refund for the $236.60 for the rooms which I had reserved. I have still not received that refund. I would appreciate it if you would send me a refund.

Excellent location half a block from Paseo Baquedano, and very close to Cavancha beach, you can walk there, safe place, small rooms but with everything you need for a pleasant stay, good breakfast, good internet signal.

The same as the ibis from anywhere in the world, except that to travel as a family of 2 adults + 1 child, the top bed was small and yes, it is suitable for going to work for a few days but not for stays of more than 3 days and less with family, breakfast little and expensive in the end

The room is very practical and comfortable too.... quite central for one to be able to go out for a walk, it has squares and supermarkets nearby as well... quite safe when arriving at night and quiet, you can't hear the noise from the street
