With a waterfront location somewhat secluded from central Iquique, stays at this property are quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere inside is dated, but I observed cleanliness throughout the building. The staff at reception and the restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (breakfast available free with certain room rates)) were professional and friendly, perhaps not the American-style outgoing type but still kind and helpful. I was able to pay a reasonable fee to upgrade to a room facing the water, which I was very content about; my king room was clean, spacious, and super quiet. Renovations would be the next step to making the rooms even better, though. I would return to the NH Costa if I’m in Iquique again! And for my very first experience in an NH hotel, my interest in the brand is piqued!

Servicio de excelencia, el personal muy atento siempre. Destaco la atención de la señora Marta por las mañanas en el restaurante y el señor Alexis en la recepción, ellos me han tratado como si fuera parte de su familia. El hotel es hermoso, la vista soñada, excelente relación precio-calidad. Destaco la atención de Karina y Diego, muy buena onda de los mozos. Es un lugar seguro, mucha tranquilidad. Ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia y amigos. Muy buen desayuno.
