A modern and beautiful hotel just between Iquique's main beaches and above a commercial center which can be of use during your stay. Large room with sea view, digital TV set and a superb comfortable bed. The (non-included) breakfast is a must try, although a bit expensive. Just had an issue with water pressure and temperature, which demanded an exchange of rooms during the stay - although solved, the water temperature in the alternative room was still a bit below what would be expected for a winter stay.

Service was bad. We only stayed two nights and our last night there was a super loud knocking in the wall. I told the girl at reception and she never sent anyone. We didn’t sleep all night. I told reception in the morning and they just said they were sorry. Terrible. Stay somewhere else. Will be advising friends to stay away from all NH hotels.

Bad coffee, no variety of fruits, the juices are very artificial and the staff is not attentive at all, only those at the front desk

We booked 18 rooms for a group of 36 people and they confirmed our reservation. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that they had made a mistake and they did not have the rooms available because they had reserved them for a mining company. They created a huge problem for us. We did not get rooms for that night in the city and we had to drive 300 km that same day to get rooms in another city. It seems like a joke but that's how it was.

Fuimos al restaurante con amigos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y fue una experiencia memorable. La atencion, el ambiente ,la vista y sobretodo la comida.Pedimos varios platos,todos bien presentados cada uno con un toque especial. Lo que mas me gusto fue el carpaccio de Atun. Por supuesto la atencion fue completa,hasta me cantaron cumpleaño feliz
