Staff was extremely helpful and kind. I felt safe here and the night time guy from front desk went above and beyond for us. The room was very clean, the ac worked fine. The TV reception dis not work but we didn't really care for the TV. The food was also very yummy!!

We enjoy the acomodación, the location , the service and the best costumer service ever . One block and a half from the main plaza and a good rate per night, close to the airport and a lot places to eat , the Ac and cable tv was very important to me do to conference and was the best. We stay 7 days and we will return , thanks to staff and the owners for this beautiful time in Iquitos 🙏

We loved Macambo Hotel, the rooms were clean, we had plenty storage and AC in our rooms. The staff was very friendly and their recommendations on tours were excellent. The location of Macambo is also a plus, two blocks from the Plaza de Armas and malecón, plenty stores around and great restaurants.

HOTEL A RECOMMANDER. Nous avons passe trois nuits dans cet etablissement. L'hotel est tres bien situe, proche de la Plaza de Armas et du Malecon. La gerante et le personnel sont tres accueillants et conviviaux. Les chambres sont confortables et ont une climatisation. Rien a redire sur le petit-dejeuner qui est compris dqns le prix attractif.

O Hotel fica no centro histórico de Iquitos, onde consegue-se realizar passeios a pé. Tem bons preços de diária, incluso café da manhã. Quartos são bons, com Wi-fi e cama confortável. Água do chuveiro não é aquecida. Não possui elevador, o que dificulta o acesso para pessoas com necessidades especiais. Achei o custo-benefício muito bom, em relação aos demais hotéis da região.

El trato en el Hotel fue muy amable y muy atentos, las habitaciones limpias y comodas con aire acondicionado, indispensable en la calurosa y bella ciudad de Iquitos, un buen lugar para iniciar las aventuras en la bella selva. Muy recomendado y agradecido mientras estuvimos en el Hotel. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

Tuve la oportunidad de viajas por temas de trabajo y solo me queda redactar que una excelente ubicación a 1 cuadra de la plaza principal de Iquitos, impecable servicio, la habitación muy linda, limpia, ordenada y el trato de todo el personal que ahí labora es excelente. Recomiendo a todos que si visitan Iquitos hospedarse en Macambo, 100% recomendado.

¡100% recomendable! Estuvimos unos 15 días por estudios y no dudaré en repetir si vuelvo a Iquitos. Ubicación estupenda, a 2 minutos andando de Plaza de Armas. Roxana ha sido una anfitriona 10 siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos y el resto del personal también súper atento. Todo muy limpio y hemos comido genial. Súper buena experiencia !
