A estrutura do hotel é muito boa: quartos, banheiros, roupa de cama e banho, área de lazer. A vista é incrível. O atendimento é nota 10, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Apenas o café da manhã deixou a desejar devido a demora na reposição.

O Portal da Lua é sempre a minha escolha. O atendimento é diferenciado, todos os colaboradores são gentis, educados, dedicados e atenciosos. Os quartos são aconchegantes, tem ótimo tamanho, vista linda para as praias e a rede na varanda vale a pena! Café da manhã bem diversificado e delicioso, a tapioca é uma ótima pedida. E a piscina é espetacular com a vista para o mar, espaço tranquilo e acolhedor, até às andorinhas fazem um show a parte.

Atendimento muito bom, quartos confortáveis e limpos. Roupas de cama e banho de qualidade e limpas. Ótima vista para o mar. Excelente localização, podendo andar a cidade a pé. Café da manhã adequado ao tipo do hotel, com produtos de qualidade. Tv e ar condicionado modernos. Boa área de piscina (única crítica que a piscina não estava limpa na segunda e só limparam na terça à noite), e sauna muito boa. Em frente ao mar e a 2 minutos de caminhada da praia Costa Azul e praia dos namorados. Pessoal atencioso. Agradecimento especial ao Vinícius Mezadri. Atendentes gentis e educadas, seja ma recepção ou na copa, assim como da limpeza.

Primeira vez em Iriri e, mesmo reservando o hotel sem conhecer, acertei. Funcionários educados, simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto, cama, chuveiro, toalhas , tudo limpo. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Ótima localização. Fácil ir a pé a qualquer lugar. Não usamos a piscina, porque o tempo estava fechado, mas estava limpinha.

Ótima opção para quem visita Iriri, dormir ao barulho das ondas, local excelente. Simpatia e presteza dos funcionários, são super flexíveis no check-in / check-out. E ainda nos deram como cortesia o café da manhã pois chegamos muito cedo no hotel. Recomendo e com certeza ganharam um cliente!

Hotel muito bom!!! Todos os quartos tem uma vista é maravilhosa. Eu precisava descansar e consegui, foi incrível dormir com o barulho do mar. Toda a equipe é muito simpática. A limpeza estava impecável. O café da manhã também é ótimo, tem um cardápio de tapioca que as meninas fazem na hora.
