Отзывчивый персонал, номера соответствуют своим фотографиям, цена-качество на уровне))) понравилось это место, не очень много людей как в Листвянке, но очень приятно жить и радоваться))) завтрак отличный, устроит даже гурмана. Я с семьёй доволен этим местом на все 100%

Отдыхаю в этом отеле не первый раз. Первый раз отмечала свадьбу в нём. И тогда была довольна и сейчас. Приеду обязательно ещё) В это раз приехали поздно, нас приняли доброжелательно. Разогрели нам нашу еду по нашей просьбе без проблем. Номер чисты и красивый. С шикарным видом. Номер довольно просторный. Туалет с душем конечно мизерный, но это мелочи. Все необходимое есть, халат, полотенца, одноразовые щётки, шампунь, гель для душа и паста, фен и т.п. В номере тихо , так как Отель расположен на отдалении от трассы. Завтрак вкусный. Попросили сделать блины без яиц, так как мы их не едим, и для нас специально спекли) было очень вкусно. Всем советую.

Добрый день. Сразу хочу сказать, что отель выглядит не плохо, жалко отдохнуть так и не получилось. 13.03.2023 забронирован номер в отеле на сайте Островок. На страничке четко обозначено наличие парковки, всегда думал что это само собой разумеющееся. Завез вещи, съездил на Байкал. Вернулся, попытался припарковаться, а вместо парковки - каток. Плюс стоят машины, которые и поцарапать можно. Вышел из машины, чуть не упал. Минут 40 выехать не мог, пока хозяин припаркованного авто его не убрал. Спрашиваю: "где парковаться?", а вон за воротами (там к слову просто дорога), да и сомневаюсь что безопасно ночью в лесу машину оставлять. Настроение как и отдых испорчено, прошу вернуть деньги, ночевать там нет желания. Сначала вернем 50 процентов сказали, потом забронируем у нас номер вам на следующий раз. Во общем так и не вернули. Оказывается парковка - это дополнительная бесплатная услуга. Обледенение - это форс мажор (ну да, мы же на юге, и песком сыпать не умеем). Да и бог с ними, видимо они им действительно нужнее. Лишь бы не расшибся никто. Так же книги жалоб нет, директор в другой стране и тд и тп. Спасибо только менеджеру, которая пыталась помочь всячески. В общем оценка 0 - не рекомендую!!!

Отвратительное место!!!! При заявленных 3 звёзд - прибираются один раз в 4 дня!!! То есть мусор не выносят!!! В душе воняет затхлостью!!! Постельное с пятнами грязными, поменяли, так вообще с дырой огромной!!! Полотенец 2 штуки - и опять же 3 звезды!!!! Не смогли больше оставаться съехали за сутки предполагаемого дня выезда!!! Естественно денег за сутки Наталья (Хозяйка) не вернула, надеюсь Вам эти деньги нужнее;) ведь такими темпами ваш бизнес прогорит, а хлеб то надо на что-то покупать 😬 стирку принесла утром(!) ничего не постирали(!), а когда мы на следующий день пришли за бельём, перед нами поставили и мы ещё 2 часа ждали и за чего опоздали в другое место!!!!! Из машинки достали комком и просто отдали в пакете!!! А деньги взяли ещё как и за глажку!!! И даже не извинились, и чтобы вы понимали мы единственные были в отели и никто больше не стирал!!!! НИКОГДА НЕ ПОЕДУ БОЛЬШЕ ТУДА!!! И НЕ СОВЕТУЮ НИКОМУ!!!! ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ МЕСТО!!!!!
