2-Star Hotels in Irondale

This was the only hotel near the airport that had availability with short notice. We arrived as it began to rain and were assigned a room on the 3rd floor, back side. After lugging the bags up the stairs (no elevator), I was happy to find that the key card actually worked but was grossed out after opening the door. The beds weren’t made, there was a sock on the floor and there was a used IV bag next to the bed! We walked back downstairs in the rain and were assigned another room. This time we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor, front side. We climbed the stairs once again in the rain. The new room had been cleaned but I still found areas that needed more attention. At least there are no used medical supplies in this one. I will plan ahead next time and not stay here again.

Good place to stay.

We arrived midnight and the staff at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. The room is very clean, spacious and has the necessary utilities you need. They have free breakfast and an ice machine. This is one of the cleanest and well kept quality inn we’ve been. The price is unbeatable and the staff are friendly.
